Get a Workout Plan with In Person Coaching and Accountability

We will start with a consultation to clarify your goals and assess your physical condition, fitness level, and health history. We do this so that we can get a clear picture of where you've been and where you are so that we can develop the right workout plan to fit you and your goals.

You will be coached through a progressive workout plan that fits your goals and fitness level. Your sessions will include coaching on proper exercise technique and accountability so that you will get the most out of your workouts.

Your plan will include progress tracking for accountability, consistency, and to make any necessary adjustments for continued progress.

Your training will be done at the gym but you will be able to contact LaCondra for support and any questions or concerns outside of the gym as well.

I consider myself active, but with LaCondra I have learned how and when to advance to get to the next level. She makes you very comfortable because she is confident in her coaching skills and encourages you to give it your all . She has a keen eye for detail to help you make adjustments or corrections to get the most out of your workout. I am so excited to have the opportunity to have her as my coach!!
