Here is What You Get with Your Training
Your training sessions will take place at Siskin Fitness Center in Chattanooga, Tn
We will start with a thorough consultation to clarify your goals and assess your health/fitness level as well as your medical and injury histories. We do this so that we can get a clear picture of where you've been and where you are so that we can develop the right training plan to fit you and your goals.
Customized Training Program
You will get a training plan designed specifically you. Your plan will include detailed programming with the right exercises, volume, and intensity, that aligns with your goals and fitness level. Your plan will also have the proper progressions and periodization so you will continue to see progress and avoid plateaus.
In Person Coaching and Accountability
Along with your training plan you will get in person coaching through your workouts that will provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, support, and accountability, so that you will give your best effort and get the most out of your workouts.
Communication and Support
If you have any questions or concerns that come up outside of your sessions, you can contact LaCondra at any time.

WHAT IF I AM NEW TO TRAINING?
That's ok! Your training plan will be designed with the right exercises, volume, intensity, and frequency to meet you at your fitness level. It will also include the proper progressions that you need to keep making progress as you get better and stronger.
WILL I RECIEVE A DIET PLAY WITH MY TRAINING?
A diet plan is not included with your training, but you can sign up for Nutrition Coaching in addition to your training. Aligning the right eating plan with your training can improve your results and progress.
HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK WILL I TRAIN?
This will depend on how many sessions you want to do, as well as yours and LaCondra's availability. You are free to use your sessions how you see fit.
