I love playing sports, working out, and lifting. I have been an active human since I was young. After moving to WA in 2019, I had a health issue arise and I had no choice but to stop (for 2.5 years!) When I was able to get back into it, I knew LaCondra was the perfect person to call! She knew how to ease me back in but also give me a challenge. She was there every step of the way to motivate and to also make sure I wasn’t overdoing it. I love the app and the videos! It was very helpful when I was questioning my form on certain movements. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a fitness professional! If you have a goal, then she WILL get you there!

Lacondra makes our workout fun and she is encouraging and very intentional with our time. She accommodates my disability without diminishing my capability. I am stronger week by week. She plans ahead to ensure that we make the most of what my body can accomplish. I may be wiped out but I leave feeling like I conquer the world.

LaCondra Mason is an amazing fitness coach. She is the best choice I made in my decision to pursue working out with a personal trainer. My accomplishments achieved from her workouts after bilateral knee replacements are astounding. I have been blessed by her knowledge in targeting areas to improve my upper body, core and leg strength and her ability to motivate and encourage me. My overall strength and endurance have improved during my long weekend hikes on trails locally. I have enjoyed having 2 new knees and my fitness time with LaCondra!!!

I love to workout, it is definitely a passion of mine. I am 54 and have had 2 foot surgeries that I have always let limit me in what I thought I was capable of.  I  have found someone who KNOWS how to push me out of my comfort zone, physically and mentally.  I consider myself active, but with  LaCondra I have learned how and when to advance to get to the next level.  She makes you very comfortable because she is confident in her coaching skills and encourages you to give it your all .  She has a keen eye for detail to help you make adjustments or corrections to get the most out of your workout.  I am so excited  to have the  opportunity to have her as my coach!! 
I highly recommend LaCondra to everyone!!

I have tried to workout with several trainers off and on over the past decade or so. For someone who is intimidated by the gym, LaCondra has been the best. She is knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition. She can read how to push , but not overwhelm me. I look forward to our sessions. I hope I can work with her for a long time in trying to reach my goals.

LaCondra came highly recommended by someone I truly trust in the fitness game. Turned out that I’ve worked out with her in the past in a group class. She was AWESOME back then and still is now! She focuses in on your problem areas while still incorporating your overall physique giving you a total workout. I love that even outside of training hours she was available to answer my questions about nutrition making sure I eat right according to my workout. I look forward to signing up for another session package again.

Working with LaCondra was the perfect way for me to get reacquainted with the gym. She asked my goals and then created workouts tailored to help me learn a variety of exercises and stretches. I really appreciate that LaCondra not only show me how to do the exercises but also explains what the exercises are designed to do for muscle groups and why they are important. LaCondra is a great encourager as she pushes me to keep working.

"I have lost weight, lost inches, and gained strength. LaCondra plans the workouts perfectly for what your goals are. She will encourage you daily, help you with a eating plan and suggesting foods to eat in place of others. The whole setup is perfect since I am not going to a gym. The app she uses for the exercising works great and is easy to follow. If you aren't sure of a move there is a video to show you. Very easy to understand and very user friendly. 10 stars!"

After months of saying I needed to lose weight and make a lifestyle change, my daughter gifted me a month’s training with CMASE FITNESS. Upon meeting with personal trainer, LaCondra Mason, I found her to be a very humble, soft spoken, easy going spirit. Boy was I fooled by her laid back and unassuming personality.  LaCondra is extremely knowledgeable and well trained in her craft. With a keen eye she observed my strengths and weaknesses and tailored my training sessions based on where I was and where I wanted to go.  I can truly say my clothes fit better.  I have more energy.  I am far more aware of what I’m choosing to eat.  And the best and most rewarding part is compliments from family and friends.
