Depending on your favorite foods, you may need to have them in moderation. Your plan will be flexible so that you can have meals that you enjoy and still reach your goal.
How long will my coaching be?
Your coaching will be monthly and can last as long as you would like. It is recommended that you commit at least 3 months to sustainably achieve a fitness goal. Depending on where you are starting, it may take more than 3 months to reach your goal.
