We will start with a thorough consultation to clarify your goals and assess your dietary habits, metabolic condition, and health history. We do this so that we can get a clear picture of where you've been and where you are so that we can develop the right nutrition plan to fit you and your goals.
Customized Nutrition Plan
You will be coached through a nutrition plan that fits you and your lifestyle. With a flexible eating approach, your plan will include science based principles such as time restricted eating, food quality, meal frequency, workout nutrition, individual calorie and macronutrient needs, and periodization. Your nutrition plan combined with fundamental health coaching will help you optimize your health, performance, and achieve your ideal body composition.
Support and Accountability
Consistency is the key to getting results. During your coaching you will receive daily check ins to ensure you are getting it done and staying on track. You will have weekly feedback reports to make sure you (and your plan) are where you need to be. You will have 24-7 access to LaCondra for questions, support, motivation, adjustments, and more. The goal is to hold you as accountable as possible so you can enhance your consistency and results.
Ease and Convenience
Your coaching will be done through an easy to use app on your phone with meal tracking, calorie and macronutrient tracking, in app messaging, and many more features.

WHAT IF I AM NEW TO ALL THIS?
That's ok! That is why you work with a coach. LaCondra will be there to provide instruction and guidance every step of the way. Your coaching will help you reach your goals and teach you the right habits, methods, and strategies to sustain your progress afterwards.
WHAT TYPE OF DIET PLAN WILL I RECEIVE?
Your diet plan will be designed specifically for YOU! Your body, your goals, your lifestyle. Your plan will be based on flexible dieting with the implementation of different methods and strategies (time restricted eating, meal tracking, calorie/macronutrient tracking, etc). The methods implemented in your plan will be specific to your goals and needs.
WHAT IF I AM REALLY BUSY?
No problem! Your coaching will be specific to your availability, preferences, and needs. You will have a plan that fits your life instead of you trying to fit your life into a plan. Adjustments can be made as needed. This will allow you to be able to adhere to your plan so that you can still get results while you take care of the other responsibilities in your life.
WHAT IF I TRAVEL/GO ON VACATION?
That's ok! It will not interfere with your plan. You will be coached on how to eat during your trip to make sure that you stick to your plan as much as possible and still enjoy your trip without compromising your progress.
HOW OFTEN WILL I TALK TO MY COACH?
You will have unlimited messaging and can communicate with LaCondra 24/7. We will have check ins during the week for accountability to make sure you're staying consistent, and we will have weekly feedback check ins to monitor how your body is responding to make any necessary adjustments.
HOW LONG WILL MY COACHING BE?
Your coaching will be in 6 week blocks. It is recommended that you commit to a minimum of 12 weeks. This will give you time to develop habits and give your body time to adapt to see results. This is also a more sustainable way than dieting too hard to reach your goals in a shorter period of time. 12 weeks is the minimum, but it could take longer depending on your goals.
